The Back to the Workforce team aims to promote social and community acceptance through reintegration and to source for appropriate job openings and work training placements within the Group.

The team develops Transitional Employment Model that places clients on transitional job placements for periods of six to nine months in selected companies in the Group. The aim is to increase the employability of clients recovering from mental illness. Besides job placements, the team also organises Interview Training Workshop, to equip its clients of the mental health organisations with basic interview skills and knowledge.
